About Black Bullies

Through 9th Wonder's History of Hip-Hop In Deep Concentration class, a group of nine unfamiliar students came together to create a record label. Black Bullies Entertainment originally began as a class project in the spring semester 2017 at North Carolina Central University students were separated into groups and put in competition against the other groups or "labels," in the class. Over the course of the semester, Black Bullies led the competition and earned the attention of local news. At the conclusion of our spring semester, we continued the "project," and have gone on to release our first album, have our first concert and host our own paint and sip.
